The company culture was good, very friendly atmosphere. However, some future careers opportunities were site dependent only.

I enjoyed the learning curve I had on this placement. I had a lot of responsibility leading projects and support was always available. The workload was bearable but also challenging, which helped my personal development. There are extracurricular activities for development of soft skills and networking with other colleagues. However, I am not doing anything specifically process engineering which is the main let down, as this is what I thought the role would entail. Also the hybrid working situation was falsely advertised, it should've been specified that for factory based roles the chances of working from home are minimal, understandably. You also are not guaranteed a graduate job at the end of the placement.
