A lot-- responsibility to create my own formulation projects and liaise with other members of the team, delegate tasks to other members of the team if necessary, plan dates and lab batches, report writing, be responsible for creating recommendations and interpretation of results.

Report writing, analytical and rheology technical skills, creating Process Flow Diagrams, mathematical and chemical skills, observation into other functions such as procurement and supply chain

Very much-- supportive manager, supportive team within the lab and pilot plant, helpful when issues arise, assistance when issues such as clashes arise.

Very good- focus on team workshops and days out, regular celebration of achievements. Supportive and able to see growth.
