Yes, it was a good amount and I could get more if I wanted it. The responsibility is supported so you are never expected to do something you do not feel comfortable doing. The ability to decide how much you want helped me develop myself.

I receive a lot of support of my line manager, placement managers and colleague's in my team. The early careers team were really supportive and helpful too. The graduate community are also supportive and everyone is willing to help you develop and experience more things - you just have to ask respectfully.
We also had mentors and buddies to support us.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with BAE Systems as they invested in me. I was allowed to participate in opportunities I did not think I would have been able to do. BAE focus on early careers which is great as there is alot of support from everyone and you have the ability to shadow and experience different things.
