Checking emails, answering teams messages, facilitating sessions, working with HR stakeholders, supporting our partnering team, promoting learning and upskilling, team meetings.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes. Some tasks I was left completely to manage knowing I had built that level of trust with my manager and team to be given such big responsibilities.

Very much so. I feel I have learnt so much during my time here, made so many new connections, built my skills and experiences that will equip me for my working career!
