Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
During my two week scheme at Linklaters I was able to take part in various sessions to learn more about the firm and the departments. Furthermore I got to sit in the Antitrust department to see what the lawyers in that department work on. I was also able to network with a variety of people at the firm to learn about their career path and progression.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very insightful to learn about the business as well as the various sectors. Hearing from individuals who worked in these different sectors allowed me to understand how they are all unique in their own way but also intersect to provide the finished product/ close the matter.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was very supportive. All members of the firm were willing to take time out of their day to chat with me and answer any questions I had regardless of how busy their schedule was. Furthermore, it was very easy to build a rapport with members of the firm.
