What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was incredibly insightful learning about the actual business model of large law firms and learning about how Linklaters implements this through their strategy. I enjoyed learning about the experience of other trainees who said that they found it very rewarding and engaging thus far so this is something that I look forward to experiencing myself.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture was incredibly accommodating, open and inclusive. I was pleasantly surprised by how pleasant everyone was and felt that there was a thread of respect and warmth that was present in everyone I interacted with
