What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
this was very well explained through departmental overviews and also networking sessions - people were really keen on expanding on their job role and explaining how they got to that stage.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
To a large extent - i enjoyed being in a professional environment and learning about people's career journeys from a variety of different career paths. HR team were lovely and always willing to ask questions while also making sure that the week was well thought out and smooth running - communication with us as a cohort was excellent.
