Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Day 1- info on background of Fieldfisher, hearing from the graduate recruitment partner, Q&A with trainees and aspects such as employee networks
Day 2- department roadshow, heard from tech, corporate, dispute resolution, EPIC etc. The pitch exercise was intellectually challenging and fast paced which made it felt very solicitor-like.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
-It was very insightful to learn about the business and the potential roles. During the department roadshow it was nice to see how each sector was different from each other, which set them apart. For instance corporate being fast paced and employment more consistent.

Company culture was very welcoming and inviting from the minute I stepped in and over the course of the two days.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I enjoyed my insight to a great extent, as this is something I haven’t experiences before. This is specifically due to the fact, it is over the course of two days in comparison to short insight programmes and open events.
