Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
First day we got introduced to both global markets and global banking, with ice breakers. Then we did training on our interpersonal skills. Second day we did technical training with TTS. Then the next day we did training in following the market and keeping up to date, and then introduced to the divisions. The final day was an assessment center.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very encouraging, and gave a good idea on where I would like to go with my career path. It was really interesting to get an idea of all the day to day activities and the impact.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It was good, everyone was really positive and happy about their jobs and the opportunities. It may have been helpful to see some of the offices.
