Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Speeches from employees about their careers and daily lives. Simulation activities of both a trading floor and asset management team. Many networking opportunities and sessions on how to best network and make the most of our skills.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very useful for the next few years in terms of what direction to take my degree and work experience. Great to narrow down what I enjoy and what I don’t want to go into

Spring interns were all very friendly and open to get to know each other, as were the members of the bank who were involved with the week

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I really enjoyed it - it pushed me outside of my comfort zone at times but in a supportive way. I felt able to contribute without being concerned about getting it wrong. This was encouraged both by the ‘teachers’ and peers
