Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The event started off with an introduction to Amazon and a deep dive into the values of the company .
We then had the opportunity to participate in a hackathon, taking place on the Hackerrank platform, consisting in a series of coding challenges.
Later, a panel of Amazon Software Engineers shared their experiences, providing firsthand insights into what it's like to work at Amazon.
To wrap up, attendees received a comprehensive overview of the internship application process at Amazon, along with useful tips for acing the interviews and coding assessments.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very insightful, hearing so many accomplished Amazon employees talk so fondly about their experiences at the company in different roles.
This made me very interested in further exploring the different roles available at Amazon for Computer Science students like me.
I also decided I will be applying for the 2025 internship that was advertised during the event.

It seems like a company that deeply values continuous growth and innovation. A company that is ready to reinvent itself to meet customer needs.
It also seems like a genuinely stimulating environment to work at, since the employees who spoke at the event all sounded so passionate and excited to share their experiences working there.
