I received a good amount of support from the team, covering both the technical aspects of the job as well as help getting acquainted with the business structure. Opportunity to have catch-ups with managers.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Work life balance is great, it is unusual to have to work beyond your contracted hours.
Very sociable and friendly office where lunch and breaks are encouraged.
Team days are common in order to strengthen the team relationship and meet new people in the business.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I really enjoy my internship, as it has provided me with a year-long insight into the company and how it functions on a day-to-day basis. It has allowed me to build skills and connections that wouldn't usually be possible at this point in a career.

Try to gain an insight into the different areas that Boeing operate in, who they work with, what they supply.
