Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Site and aircraft visits to discuss process plans
Support proposals, programs and customer requirements in standard with the quality management plan.
Work with Quality policies, processes, procedures and metrics.
Collect data to support process models and flows to identify root cause of routine problems.
Collect data to support research and analysis of project to improve processes
Support and observe audits.

Yes - My own lead project, where I could be creative and share my own ideas.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Never felt inferior to others as an intern. At the start I was nervous, but that's normal and as my confidence grow, I realised that my opinion was always valued and taken into consideration.
