Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Daily talks gaining insight into the industry. Comprehensive expert training in different asset classes product types etc.teaching of macroeconomics which was helpful as students who do not study economics. A trading simulation, asset simulation, various networking opportunities.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very interesting, very insightful to help me for a future career in global markets. I found out a lot more about functions I wasnt so sure about and the people at the bank explained it so well and were happy to answer any questions. As well as this, the training taught me a lot about the specific functions within global markets which is a lot better than training I have received elsewhere!

Yes definitely, this was one of the best insights I’ve had yet at a bank and before I was very confused about the functions of different roles, but everyone was so helpful and made it so much clearer to me

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in markets and it has definitely reaffirmed my desire to continue pursuing a career within it. I’m very pleased with the insight and the company overall
