Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Talks about different areas of global markets, talks from people working in a variety of roles across the bank. A skills workshop. A day of technical training including both an asset management and training workshop.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very interesting and had definitely given me a much more in-depth knowledge of the variety of career options available and also what the difference between these careers are. I now have a much better understanding of what I would like to do as a career.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Yes, developed soft skills and how to use your strengths the most effectively in a workshop run by mind gym. Gained a better understanding of different roles within global markets and developed the basic skills that would be required in these roles through the technical training.

Company atmosphere was very friendly, there was a very good atmosphere and definitely somewhere I would be very interested in working in the future.
