Lots of networking, lots of talks, lots of opportunities to ask questions and meet everyone from current summer interns to global heads! Very very insightful and good food!

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very very welcoming. Great HR teams that are extremely approachable and very funny! Speaking to very senior employees also felt easy and actually felt like a 2-way conversation surprisingly. Great networking and learning how employees have reached the level they’re at now.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
Very Insightful, very welcoming, very helpful. Career wise and personality development wise. Very fun, made loads of friends from different unis and had the chance to talk to some amazing people!

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BNP Paribas
For the spring insight, they dont expect u to have loads of experience so dont worry about that. Make sure ur CV is formatted well because BNPP doesnt use AI for CVs and the HR team actually goes through them. Practice for the switch test if u can on job test prep since it’s kinda unique and most people wouldnt have done smth like that before. The interview is pretty chill, need not worry about that.
