Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
It wss split in 4 days, so basically it covered all the divisions, workshops, teambuildings and an assessment center. Everyday was different than the last day and we got to understand the industry from first-hand.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I already knew about the industry but I absolutely loved about getting to know more about it from first-hand. And actually it conviced me more that Markets is where I want to develop a career in.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
I come from Spain and I loved that everyone smoothed the process, and the international environment BNP has, I actually think that banks like BNP really benefit from people that has different backgrounds and perspective and I am very happy to be given the opportunity to help and possibly contribute BNP Paribas teams in the summer internship offer.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
It not only met my expectations but it also exceed them, and they were really high. I have discovered that is a place where I really want to work in and pursue a carreer in. I absolutely loved the insight, the culture and everything that came with it!
