Presales Associate Review

I work on customer interactions looking at creating content such as webpage designs / videos / app prototypes to add value and personalisation to our demonstrations. I also look at creating my own presentations of our product and presenting to various audiences.

During my placement I have felt like a full time employee and have been given responsibility within my role. I have been working as a part of the team on projects and been given full creative reign on any of my work.

I have developed my presentation skills to a level where I can confidently engage an audience and tailor content. I have also been able to gain skills using the adobe suite for video editing and app prototyping, this is something I had not done before my placement and have self sufficiently learnt.

My placement gave me continuous support and guidance throughout whilst training me and covering areas that i had little to no knowledge in. If there was any gaps in my knowledge I have been able to reach out to my team members who have been more than willing to sit down and teach me and share their wealth of knowledge. I have even had weekly sessions looking at finance with a team memeber.

The company culture feels supportive and I feel trusted to do my role. Immediately I have felt that everyone in the company is constantly building each other up and in this environment you are encouraged to grow and develop.

My placement has exceeded my expectations and SAP have gone above and beyond during unprecedented times. I have been able to grow and develop not only my professional skills but also my soft skills. Every opportunity has allowed me to improve a variety of skills, preparing me for my future aspirations. I have met inspiring people who have supported me throughout my time and have made a continuously growing network in the corporate world.
