Partner and Alliance team Business Associate Review

I regularly configured a weekly Opportunities Report for the team, ensuring accuracy and precise partner alignment. I was also responsible for key Alliances Business Analysis and collaborated closely with the Partner Transformation Managers to deliver presentations on the Early Talent Initiative to students at multiple universities.

In my role, I successfully orchestrated a weekly Partner Spotlight event, providing a platform for partners to showcase their value propositions. My responsibility was to ensure a full schedule, make sure that partners had relevant, interesting content, and to drive attendance, resulting in increased partner awareness and partner satisfaction.

Throughout my role, I developed my organisational skills greatly. I also developed other key skills such as communication, analytical skills and teamwork.

I had weekly update meetings with my manager where she would check in on me and how I was feeling. She would also suggest additional training/courses I could do to further develop my skills and make the most of my time at SAP.

The company culture at SAP is incredible! Everybody is so approachable and not once did I feel like I wasn't good enough. I think this is so important when on a placement.
