Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Managing my own workload and leading key projects from ideation to fruition has been challenging but rewarding. I am grateful for the amount of responsibility placed on my shoulders.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Developed all the key skills that you would expect to in a role such as this, the key one being resilience. Working remotely for the majority due to the pandemic and only meeting my team in month 10 proved difficult, yet I have produced quality work and built lasting relationships, a key foundation for me progressing through my career.

I felt supported throughout my placement, particularly with my buddy going above and beyond to help where necessary. More hands on management would have been beneficial, particularly at times of stress.

Difficult to judge due to remote work, but the fact that many employees were longing to get back to the office is a positive sign
