Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Varied from day to day, for example I went to court one day to watch a case, I spent some time reviewing evidence and helping to research new laws. There was usually then a couple of other sessions given to the whole cohort about particular departments as well as the assessments on the last day.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Mishcon were very proactive and helped explain the key departments in the business as well as the overall long-term strategy, talking with us about things such as the Taylor Vintners merger.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Learnt a lot more about a litigation role as opposed to a transactional role. Also helped me to push me to show initiative when engaging with the solicitors, knowing that my input was valued.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Really positive culture. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and helped me to not feel completely out of place.
