Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

handling day to day management issues and tasks relating to large commercial buildings. this involves working with tenants, clients, contractors and staff. alongside the handling of rents and service charges providing an accounting aspect to the role.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given lots of responsibility and felt like a valued member of the team. my manger had given me ownership of different tasks that made me learn allot.

learnt and developed at every aspect involved in the role. I found I became more proficient using systems such as excel. I also found lots of soft skills such as communication and working with other were improved upon.

my placement at Savills was very valuable and i enjoyed it to the fullest. i felt i was welcomed in and allowed to learn and grow all while feeling respected for my work.
