I was given a level of responsibility which tested my capabilities around every corner. I was representing my company whilst on site and was given tasks that would test my ability and competency.

I experienced a wide variety of skills that were needed in the work place such as my ability with time management and coordination for my workload. I learned to organise my work in an efficient manner and find more efficient methods of executing my work in a quality controlled process. I have received all sorts of training relating to project management which will not only aid me in my work but also help me when I undertake my final year.

I had an abundance of resources that would help me through my placement from my own team contract admin to others throughout the company. Along side my own mentor and supporting quizzes I had to take in order to prepare me.

The knowledge and experience I gained from working with MDA for over a year has been priceless and is nothing I can get in a classroom. The contract admin team are always happy to help, very friendly and the best bunch of people I have worked with.
We have regular socials in which brings the team together and helps you get to know each and every member of the team.

I have enjoyed my placement very much to the point where I have accepted an offer to come back after university.
