What advice would you give to others applying to Capital One
Be yourself in interviews / assessment centre - they are looking for exceptional analysis / numerical skills but also place a heavy emphasis on fit in culture. I was told informally there was a no [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] policy and the best feedback I got was when I established a connection with the interviewer outside of robotically answering their questions
