I worked as a Web intern, where we migrated web pages from onsite servers to the cloud

We were given a lot of responsibility of our own code however, had a great network of support to help us if we needed

I learnt a lot about React and testing using softwares such as Cypress. Furthermore, I was able to learn more about agile working methods such as scrum and kanban.

I was given a buddy, a mentor and I also had a team and a manager who all helped and checked in on me every week.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was very fun, having mandatory fun every week, however there was still the seriousness of having work to do, and completing tasks before deadline however Cap One has definitely done a good job at finding the balance
