Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Reviewing processes and practices, and producing research to assist with business decisions.
Meeting with several individuals and learning more about their practices through demos and catch-ups.
Detecting deficiencies in processes and frameworks and reporting this back to the team.
Attending intern-wide event to connect and socialise with others from other departments.
Having training on how to use the terminal and sitting in speaker-wide events to learn more about other business practices.
Presenting projects to the wider team.

Responsibility was fluid based on how projects had trickled in during the internship.
Enjoyed building cohesion and became more adaptable to changes in the project environment.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
I would have preferred it if I had a document copy of feedback for the tasks.
Whether or not it was specific to the division, it was not possible to obtain it through the terminal.
It would be helpful to have tangible takeaways moving to the next placement, be at the firm or elsewhere.
However, I am glad of the people I have met and will be keeping in contact with during the internship.
This is the first of many.
