- Foundational training of the financial markets
- Introduction to the Bloombergs Terminal and Functions
- Insights into different departments

- Project work with other interns:
Creation of an investment strategy to create an portfolio using PORT function
Research-driven work on regulatory changes and regulatory reporting (specifically EMIR reporting)
Documentation on csv file testing on internal implementation processes.

Through various allocated project I was given a good amount of responsibilities and was able to contribute to the workflow of the team.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

Had weekly meetings with my manager. I also had regular check-ins with my mentor.
There was more than enough guidance and support. The working culture is extremely collaborative, so everyone is very open to help!

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

- everyone is very ambitious, but not competitive to the extend that they wouldn't take time for the needs of their colleagues!
