Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

On our sales days (3/5 per week) we worked in smaller teams covering different regions to help manage customer relationships and keep clients up to date on the terminal. During analytics we would dive deeper into terminal workflows and aiding customers with queries. Furthermore we were assigned 4 projects to work on during the entire 10 week internship.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

We were given a good amount of responsibility. You were responsible for lots of things, but always knew you could get help whenever it felt overwhelming.

Collaboration is emphasized a lot within the company and highly valued. Furthermore, you gain confidence as a salesperson, lots of technical skills, public speaking and networking skills.
