Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Analytics: In class training to understand more about Bloomberg business, clients, Bloomberg terminal, culture, values, career opportunities, day-to-day in different roles.
Sales: Project work, client interaction through calls and/or visits to help them in leveraging the Bloomberg terminal to make informed decisions.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, during client engagements I was representing Bloomberg which is a great amount of responsibility. You will be guided but it is your responsibility to go above and beyond to make an impact and add value to the business. I personally found the latter challenging aspect enjoyable and fulfilling.
