Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

On a day-to-day basis I began by shadow and reverse shadowing different colleagues on my team and rotating around different areas. When I had learnt about the different software and hardware issues and how to navigate the terminal and ticketing system, i began resolving tickets by myself and resolving issues by myself.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

I had a good taster of networking with other departments and also shadowing different departments which provided me with more exposure to various roles around the business. However, I wish i could have been able to connect more.

I learned a lot about IT and technology including different troubleshooting issues. I also learned about the various software/hardware related problems and software tools/applications.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The company culture is incredible - I like that it is a very open atmosphere with the chance to reach out with anyone from different departments. I also love how diverse and inclusive the company is.
