Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
The role involves working with a specific sales team and a range of analytics teams. You have the flexibility of shadowing several teams in both departments. You work with the analytics teams to identify a client's needs through queries and provide solutions or transfer them to a more senior person. For the sales teams, you work to manage client relationships and identify any sale opportunity whether for the terminal or an enterprise product.

Yes! You get the opportunity to speak to clients and pitch your ideas!

Yes, several. Sales skills, and an understanding of multiple asset classes. The training provided at Bloomberg is so in-depth and it provides a great foundation for those who are looking to build a long-term career in finance.
