Client meetings, property inspections, internal meetings, online research, valuations, estate management, natural capital, professional work, forestry management, residential lettings, farm agency.
Shadowing rural chartered surveyors.

Yes, I was given lots of responsibility which was great and this kept me busy throughout the placement.

Lots, I had a fantastic mentor to support me through my placement. There was also a dedicated team to help manage the summer scheme students and online information available to me.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The atmosphere was great, lots of friendly team members. The company culture balances the work hard / play hard attitude well. I was invited to company parties and made to feel very included.
