Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

It involves improving the efficiency of current processes such as the current gross margin segmentation, the operating expenses process and the variance analysis process. I mainly work within excel and create formulas to automate processes.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given a lot of responsibility during these projects, I worked independently on these projects but I was supported throughout by my project mentors.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I thoroughly enjoyed my internship. I met so many great people and it was a really enriching experience. The Early Careers Team were amazing and made everyone feel so welcome, it was truly a great way to spend the summer.
