Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
We attended talks and had to complete trainee tasks. The insight was extremely in-depth and provided a first-hand experience of what is it like to work in a city commercial law firm. We also had coffee chats with other employees to hear their insight about what life was like working at the Firm.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was incredibly insightful. We were exposed to the full breadth of services at the Firm which allowed us to truly see how the Firm operates as a business. We were also exposed to employees of varying seniority which provided an insight into how your career at the Firm progresses.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was very friendly and welcoming. All the people that work at the Firm are authentic and genuine. The general atmosphere is collegiate and collaborative.
