Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
I attended presentations on the different practice areas. Some were intended to give us a bigger picture of the commercial world.
I did trainee tasks in my seat.
I organized coffee chats with people from different areas of the firm to gain an insight into their work.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was interesting. I was able to think of the business as both a whole and as a sum of different practices.
