Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Many presentations about various topic related to working at the firm and being a trainee. We worked in our department the rest of the time and were assigned tasks by associates and senior associates in our group

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

The scheme gave me a really clear ideas of the opportunities at the firm and helped me decide what I want to specialize into.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Very supportive and welcoming. No one ever questioned that I deserved to be here, although my background is not the typical one. Everyone was very approachable and understanding. We were encouraged to leave as early as 17:30 unless very busy.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

A lot, there was a lot of events organized to make sure we got to meet our fellow vac schemes, I had fun and learned a lot, I feel ready for what's to come and convinced I want to work here.
