Presentations from various professionals in the department, and of different aspects of the company (e.g., Philanthropy, Diversity and Inclusion, etc.).
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Bloomberg seems to be a wonderful company to work at.
They have plenty of opportunities for any individuals from extremely diverse backgrounds.
We have been introduced to several roles within the Analytics and Sales department (people managing different types of asset, working in sales, portfolio managers…) but also ESG analyst or working for the diversity and inclusion in the company.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
A very good atmosphere; the office itself seems amazing. all the coworkers seem to really get along, and the environment is multicultural and stimulating. It came to my attention that Bloomberg really tries to develop a good team spirit among its employees.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
Loved it! It is a really good opportunity to connect with like-minded students but also professionals a few years older than us, who sometimes have similar backgrounds but also diverse ones. The insight is very well organised, interactive but also professional. Every member of staff we met seemed to enjoyed presenting us their jobs and answer our questions.
