Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
We had a mix of scheduled sessions about the firm and its practice areas and time working in our seat completing two assessed tasks set by graduate recruitment and tasks set by our principal or trainee buddy in our seat.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
We were given insight into how to different seats at the firm worked, especially the bigger seats such as corporate, banking, capital markets and LAI (litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution. We had a session about the process of being a trainee.
