Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Usually would be working on an array of different projects throughout the day. This would range from organising documents and completing research for planning applications, to analysing public consultation responses and technical reports, to providing written summaries for fellow colleagues. There was often the opportunity to sit in on meetings and network with other departments and organisations.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
There was often online seminars throughout the week led by different departments within the business providing an overview of what their team does and the role they have. The was also a number of in-person cpd sessions that I was able to sit in on and learn more about the diverse services the business operates.
