Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
It was not very easy to learn how to do MBSE at first but when I got the hang of it things started to get easier. I was treated as a part of a professional team and my work was delivered to customers so I have not just gained so much experience but I have also contributed to the team.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I have not just delivered a decent amount of modelled systems to the end customer, but I have also been given the responsibility of conducting an internal review of members of the team's work and in some cases actually recreating that work so I was given a huge amount of responsibility.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have greatly improved my time management skills, interpersonal skills. MBSE also uses interpersonal and analytical skills so those were also greatly improved. I am now more of a fast paced learner and I have more of an attention to detail.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
When I first joined I was put through a training programme, but the training itself was made to be very informative and helpful. I had a great mentor and the team were really supportive of any of my questions which made me learn so much quicker

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The team are very friendly. Everybody I have spoken to in tis company has always been smiling and have been so kind and supportive all the time. I feel very welcomed wherever I go in this company and have had no trouble whatsoever
