Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
On a day to day basis I was involved in anything that the team I was sitting with needed any assistance on. It really depended on what was going on that day.
Sometimes I worked on live matters which was really interesting and intellectually challenging other times I would get involved in some tasks designed to help develop skills that I had set out to develop over the course of the scheme.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very easy to find out about potential roles and gain an understanding of the firm as a business.
The fee earners were always willing to sit down and talk you through their practice area, what they found interesting about it and were very happy to answer any questions that you had. I really felt very valued and listened to.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I very much enjoyed the scheme and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to pursue a career at a truly international commercial law firm that although is big really cares about its employees.
