Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
a 2 day virtual insight programme which consisted of Zoom webinars. The main task involved creating a PRFAQ with a small group of other participants and an Amazon mentor.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was great - we heard from current employees and panellists on some of the different roles available. There was also a Q&A with a recruiter who gave some more insight into other roles.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very customer-oriented. Have multiple Affinity Groups for employees to join which sound great. The Leadership Principles of Amazon were highlighted throughout the programme which created a very collaborative and positive culture.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
The structure of the insight was great, and everyone was so welcoming. The group project was also enjoyable and was very unique to this programme.
