Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
During the Amazon Spring Insight Week, we engaged in various activities focused on algorithm and data structure questions. The program also provided insights into the Amazon process for software engineering roles and the company's leadership principles. On a day-to-day basis, we participated in workshops, presentations, and interactive sessions related to problem-solving, coding challenges, and discussions on effective software engineering practices. We also had opportunities to network with Amazon employees and gain insights into the company's culture and values.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Amazon's company culture is often described as fast-paced, customer-centric, and innovative. The general atmosphere at Amazon is known to be highly driven and focused on achieving ambitious goals. During an Amazon Spring Insight Week, participants may have experienced a glimpse of this culture and atmosphere.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
We, the participants, in the program acquired new skills or enhanced existing ones. This included improving our problem-solving abilities, gaining a deeper understanding of algorithms and data structures, refining our coding skills, and developing our knowledge of software engineering practices specific to Amazon. Additionally, we gained insights into effective teamwork, leadership principles, and the importance of customer obsession, among other valuable skills relevant to working at Amazon. It was quite inspiring to see and learn from others, especially working as a pair in the programming assignments
