Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
I have really enjoyed this experiance, my career goal is to become a software engineer so this event was very insightful. I really enjoyed doing the coding excercises with mentors and participating in the q and a was immensly helpful! Hearing about the interview process was also very helpful as I havent done many professional interviews.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very interesting to see how inclusive and adaptable Amazon are for thier employees. With remote working and the different communities in the company it truely looks to be such an inviting and accepting work experiance.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Happy and overall very positive, this being with both all of the speakers and my individual mentor. My mentor Leo Ng was always happy to answer any questions we had and was insanly knowledgable about the subjects.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
10/10, Being able to listen to industry leaders was an amazing opperunity that I will never forget. I have gained so much knowledge and many connections which was my ideal goal I had for myself going into the experiance.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Amazon
I would tell someone to work on thier CV, make it presentable, short and sweet, and only include experiances that will help in the job you are applying for. I would also suggest to research into the leadership principles as they are incredibly important to Amazon.
