Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Talks given by multiple roles throughout the companies for all sectors (including outside of work and about the company culture). Workshops and coding challenges run in small groups by an experienced mentor.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I personally had no change in views about potential roles in business, but it was interesting to learn about the flexibility between roles and sectors and also the ease of changing between them at amazon.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Hard to tell since it was not in person and was only given as a description. All talkers were friendly and the company seemed inclusive and progressive.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
The insight was fairly enjoyable, some of the tasks in workshops were a little tedious and lacking in challenge but I recognise that they must be accommodating to everyone. Cloud9 was quite annoying to use in terms of sharing and collaborating.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Amazon
It is a much larger than I thought in terms of attendence. I really enjoyed the workshops and the QnA since it allowed us to directly ask questions and speak. Ask as man questions as possible.
