Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
It was a 2 day event, which started with various webinars including introduction of Amazon affinity groups and Amazon's work culture. The event then followed with mentor-lead workshops which emphasised the key skills required of a tech worker at Amazon
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The insight event was primarily catered to a tech audience, hence was more focused on tech roles. It was quite insightful to hear from people of all walks of career journeys from senior engineers to current interns.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It was very welcoming and revolved strongly on Amazon's leadership principles. It was great to hear that Amazon welcomes cross team transfers that allow engineers to expand beyond their initial chosen field
