Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
On day 1 - we were welcomed with an introduction to life at Amazon where we heard from current employees and their experiences working in the company. We were then split into our individual groups and worked on multiple individual coding activities.
On day 2 - we continued working with our groups on coding activities. This time we were working as a group and discussing our solutions with our mentor.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very informative and provided a lot of insight on the different job roles available.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Yes - a lot of insight was gained on the recruitment and interviewing process at Amazon. Advice from current employees was also shared on how to prepare for job interviews.
In our groups, our mentors helped a lot with how to approach the different coding activities given and how to work together as a team. We also had a chat about how our mentor works with his team (talking about performing sprints).
