The perspective of the event was oriented to teach us how to face technical software problems to prepare us for job interviews, collaborating with other colleagues and working as a team. In addition, we had examples of amazon employees (many women, that's great) who have made their careers there and what the company culture is like. The day consisted of several panels and workshops with our mentor.

I really appreciate knowing what roles exist, what are the pillars that drive their decisions and how it is possible to grow professionally at Amazon while the company grows as well.

Yes, I think they have been really useful sessions to get an idea of how to prepare for the application process of an intership job and to know our possibilities for the future. In the workshops I have learned new dynamics and reinforced some knowledge.

I think that all this is noticeable in the way the speakers communicated, in the meticulous organization and in the atmosphere that was breathed in the event.

I enjoyed it very much, I think that being small groups in the workshops everything is closer and you learn a lot. I have been pleasantly surprised by this experience and I am very grateful that you have let me participate in it.
