Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Multiple sessions about working and internships across both days, including an interactive Q&A. Furthermore, there were multiple workshops with the same mentor across both days in the same small groups (about 7-8 people per group). This allowed us to build relationships with the mentor and other people in our group, as well as to get 1-to-1 help.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was really helpful as I didn't have much for an insight prior to this. There was extremely helpful and insightful information given in a clear and concise manner. I enjoyed this thoroughly.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Learning was encouraged, which I found really helpful and encouraging since I was younger than a lot of the other applicants and, thus, less experienced-some things I hadn't covered yet but the mentor was really helpful which gave me an insight to how an Amazon work environment may be like.
