Managing the Customer Account Managers for example, being the first point of contact for the CAMs and helping with any issues they may be facing, ensuring spreadsheets are up to date, conversing with brand, supply and finance regularly

Yes, I have been managing upwards, signing off proposals, been responsible for shifting large volumes of stock
